Ingredients: Each 1ml Lorastad Sp. contains Loratadin 1mg and excipients just enough 1ml.
The effects of Lorastad Sp syrup:
- The main active ingredient in the drug is Loratadine, which has the following effects:
- Treats and relieves allergy symptoms quickly, effective in both adults and children
- Significantly reduces the sensation of itching, reduces the number of urticaria on the skin, chronic idiopathic urticaria.
- Treatment of skin symptoms such as skin allergies, urticaria, itchy skin, other allergic skin disorders.
Indications of Lorastad Sp syrup:
- People with allergies due to seasonal changes, weather changes or other allergic causes
- People with sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose, eye diseases such as watery eyes, red eyes, itchy eyes, itchy throat, suitable for both adults and children.
- People with skin allergies, conditions such as urticaria, itchy skin, other allergic skin disorders.
Dosage of Lorastad Sp Syrup: Prepared in the form of a syrup, used orally. Should consult a doctor before use. Typically, the dose used is as follows:
- Children from 2 to 5 years old: take 5ml daily. Children from 6 to 12 years old: 10ml per day
- Adults take 10 ml per day.
- The recommended starting dose in patients with impaired renal function is: Children over 6 years old and adults: 10 ml each time, once every 2 days. Children from 2 to 6 years old: 5ml each time, 2 times a day.
How to use the drug effectively:
- The drug is absorbed orally, should be taken 15 to 20 minutes after a meal.
- Use a teaspoon with a dosage of 2 teaspoons equivalent to 10ml of syrup to measure the medicine each time.
- Pay attention to take the medicine at the right time and the right dose as in the instruction sheet. Do not change the dose and duration of medication on your own without consulting your doctor.
- Tighten the bottle cap after each use.
Contraindications:
- Patients with hypersensitivity to the components of the drug
- Pregnant and lactating women need to be cautious, consult a doctor and only use the drug when absolutely necessary or to change to other drugs.
- Patients with liver and kidney diseases because of impaired liver or kidney function will slow the elimination of the drug from the body.
